SCLCR Boring Bar and CCMT-MP1 CT25M Coated Inserts. The CCMT inserts are rhomboid shaped with 95° positive angles and coated to deliver high-performance applications. These popular style boring bars with CCMT inserts are designed for internal turning and facing applications. CCMT inserts are slightly stronger insert than DCMT, at the expense of clearance for profiling. This line of carbide boring bars aid in maintaining secure, cost-efficient production. Standard assortments are on offer in all standard geometry and widths with shank sizes 5/16″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, 3/4″ and overall length of 7″ and under. Boring sets come with 10 inserts included in each set. The tool made from steel makes it ideal for all suitable applications in harsh industrial conditions.
