Cutting speed ranges from 295 to 492 sfm, with feed rates between 0.009 and 0.024 in/rev, and depth of cut up to 0.197 in. These parameters support heavy interrupted cutting and roughing operations effectively. This insert is designed primarily for ISO M25-M35 stainless steel machining. Its negative rake chipbreaker and robust 80° diamond shape make it ideal for heavy interrupted cuts and roughing, delivering strong edge durability and high material removal rates. It is not recommended for fine finishing or profiling tasks.
