The CEMB C330 is a heavy-duty digital wheel balancer designed for truck, bus, light-duty, and passenger-car wheels weighing up to 550 lb. Built for professional tire shops, fleet facilities, and commercial service centers, the C330 combines high-capacity wheel handling with automatic wheel-data acquisition and precision weight positioning to make large-wheel balancing safer, faster, and easier for the operator.
The integrated lifting spindle lowers to simplify wheel loading and rises with the wheel already clamped, helping provide secure handling and accurate centering. A low-profile sliding trolley, approximately 2.3 in. high, allows heavy wheels to be rolled into position with reduced lifting effort. Once mounted, the automatic gauge measures wheel distance and diameter while the LA Sonar measures wheel width without contact.
For correction, the C330 uses an electromagnetic brake to hold the wheel at the correct weight position and a red laser line to guide adhesive counterweight placement at the 6 o’clock position. CEMB balancing programs including SPLIT, OPT, ALU, and ALU-S support truck, bus, car, steel, and alloy wheel applications.
